I am working as a child protection community mobilizer in IRC, under the project PARWAS, strengthen by UNHCR.
I have done different family verifications and BIA (Best interest assessment) in AZAkhel Afghan refugees camp in Voluntarily repatriation center Nowshehra.
I also organized different awareness campaigns on drugs abuse, gender based violence, gender equility and education in different afghan communities.
I have the experience in connecting with the Afghan refugee community to raise awareness about upcoming prevention interventions, identifying, mobilizing, and recruiting male participants for community-based discussion groups.
I also conduct informative and sensitization sessions with men in the community, disseminating information about available services and protection topics.
I am able to facilitate weekly men's discussion.
I am able to make starategies for involving men and boys in community mobilization efforts aimed at creating a protective environment for women and girls.
